Introduction

Welcome to the KidProsper Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). KidProsper is an AI-powered Child Intelligence Operating System designed exclusively to support parents and legal guardians in their child's developmental journey.

To maintain a secure, trusted, and highly reliable environment for all families, every user must comply with this policy when accessing our mobile applications, websites, APIs, AI features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using KidProsper, you agree to adhere to these rules.

Part I: Core Principles of Use

KidProsper operates on the fundamental premise that the platform is built exclusively for adults (parents and legal guardians).

  • No Direct Child Access: Children are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, logging in, or interacting directly with the Services.

  • Lawful and Ethical Engagement: All data submissions, assessment observations, and communications must be truthful, lawful, and aligned with the best interests of the child.

Part II: Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the KidProsper Services to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

1. Child Protection and Safety

Users may not use KidProsper to facilitate, promote, or engage in any activity that exploits, endangers, abuses, or otherwise harms children. This strict prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child exploitation

  • Child abuse

  • Child sexual content or material

  • Child trafficking

  • Grooming behaviors

  • Physical or emotional endangerment of minors

2. Security and System Interference

  • Circumventing, disabling, bypassing, or otherwise interfering with security-related features, firewalls, or rate-limiting components of the KidProsper platform.

  • Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.

  • Attempting unauthorized access to servers, databases, backend infrastructure, or user accounts other than your own.

  • Overloading, flooding, or staging distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against KidProsper servers or APIs.

3. API Usage Restrictions

  • Users may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with KidProsper APIs, extract assessment frameworks, or harvest data except as expressly authorized in writing by KidProsper. This explicitly protects our NestJS backend architecture, future partner APIs, and enterprise integrations.

4. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Engine Protection

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code or proprietary algorithms of the KidProsper Intelligence Engine (KIE), the KidProsper Recommendation Engine (KRE), the KP Score Engine (KPE), or the KidProsper Compliance Engine (KCE).

  • Scraping, data mining, crawling, or utilizing automated extraction tools to harvest parameter frameworks, assessment questions, content atoms, or user data from the platform.

  • Attempting to extract underlying system prompts, model weights, or proprietary training methodology from the AI Coach.

5. AI Coach Manipulation and Misuse ("Jailbreaking")

  • Attempting to prompt, trick, or manipulate the KidProsper AI Coach into generating medical, psychiatric, or clinical diagnoses (e.g., asking the AI to diagnose ADHD or autism).

  • Utilizing the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, harassing, explicit, hateful, or discriminatory content.

  • Prompting the AI to provide instructions on self-harm, violence, child endangerment, or illegal acts.

6. Data Misuse and Impersonation

  • Creating false or fraudulent accounts, submitting inaccurate child information with intent to deceive, or impersonating another person.

  • Accessing another user’s account or family data portfolio without explicit legal authorization (e.g., during family or custody disputes).

  • Using the platform to collect, store, or harvest personal data regarding other users or children.

Part III: Enforcement Actions and Appeals

The KidProsper Compliance Engine (KCE) and automated safety monitors continuously oversee platform interactions to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Escalated Enforcement Actions: Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, KidProsper may take one or more of the following actions:

    1. Formal Warning

    2. Temporary Account Suspension

    3. Permanent Account Suspension

    4. Complete Account Termination and Data Deletion

    5. Legal Action (where applicable)

  • Appeals Process: Users may contact support@kidprosper.com to appeal an account restriction or suspension. KidProsper reserves sole discretion regarding reinstatement decisions.

  • Reporting Violations: If you encounter any behavior or content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, you must report it immediately to our support team at support@kidprosper.com or via the in-app reporting portal.

Part IV: Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, platform features, or legal obligations. Continued use of KidProsper following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
