Welcome to the KidProsper Children’s Privacy Policy. At KidProsper, we believe that understanding a child's developmental blueprint requires the utmost respect for their privacy, safety, and dignity.

This document supplements our general Privacy Policy and explicitly explains our data collection, use, and disclosure practices specifically regarding the personal information of children (defined as individuals under the age of 18, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

1. The Core Principle: A Parent-Directed Platform

KidProsper is designed and intended exclusively for use by parents and legally authorized guardians. * Children are strictly prohibited from creating accounts.

• Children do not interact directly with our applications or services.

• All data regarding a child is submitted, managed, and controlled entirely by the authenticated parent or legal guardian.

2. Verifiable Parental Consent and Declarations

Because KidProsper processes sensitive developmental and behavioral observations, we require explicit authorization before processing any child’s data.

• Guardian Declaration: Prior to creating a child’s profile, you must affirmatively declare that you are over the age of 18 and are the legal parent or authorized guardian of the child.

• Layered Consent: We utilize a layered consent architecture. You will be asked to provide specific, separate consents for processing child data, conducting psychometric observations, and utilizing the KidProsper AI Coach.

• Verification Rights: KidProsper reserves the right to request additional verification (such as digital ID or credit card authorization) if we reasonably suspect an account was created by a minor or an unauthorized user.

3. What Child Information Do Parents Provide?

To generate the KidProsper Growth Blueprint and KP Score, parents may voluntarily provide the following information about their child:

• Profile Data: First name (or nickname), age, date of birth, gender, and country.

• Observational Data: Responses to developmental assessments covering learning styles, behavioral tendencies, emotional regulation, and social skills.

• Action Data: History of completed activities, tracked habits, and family meeting participation.

4. How We Use Child Information

KidProsper uses the child information provided by the parent strictly to deliver the educational and developmental features of the platform. This includes:

• Generating personalized Growth Blueprints and KP Scores.

• Recommending age-appropriate activities and habits.

• Contextualizing the KidProsper AI Coach’s parenting recommendations.

• Maintaining internal audit and consent logs for legal compliance.

5. What We DO NOT Do With Child Information

We are firmly committed to protecting children from exploitation and tracking. KidProsper explicitly guarantees that we DO NOT:

• Sell, rent, or lease child data to data brokers or any third parties.

• Engage in targeted, behavioral, or cross-context advertising directed at children.

• Collect highly sensitive national identifiers (e.g., Social Security Numbers, Aadhaar), biometric data, or medical records.

• Track a child’s physical location or personal devices.

6. Child Safety Commitment

KidProsper is uncompromisingly committed to protecting the privacy, dignity, and physical safety of children. To maintain a secure environment, we structurally do not permit:

• Child accounts or child logins.

• Child-to-child communication or messaging features.

• Public profiles or user searchability.

• Social networking features.

• Advertising of any kind directed at children.

7. AI & Child Data

We recognize the sensitivity of applying artificial intelligence to developmental data. Child information submitted to KidProsper is never used to train publicly available or third-party foundational artificial intelligence models. ### 8. AI Transparency KidProsper strives to provide understandable and transparent recommendations. Where feasible, we may explain the factors that contributed to certain insights or recommendations generated by the KidProsper AI Coach, including:

• Relevant assessment responses.

• Core developmental parameters (e.g., Learning Styles, Emotional Regulation).

• Historical activity and habit trends.

9. Third-Party Sharing of Child Data

We only share child data with strictly vetted, essential service providers (such as secure cloud hosting and backend infrastructure partners) necessary to operate the KidProsper platform. These third parties are legally bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using the data for any purpose other than providing services to KidProsper.

10. Security Measures

KidProsper implements enterprise-grade security architectures to protect sensitive developmental data, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest.

• Strict role-based access controls.

• Comprehensive audit logging.

• Continuous system monitoring and alerting.

• Secure, isolated cloud infrastructure.

11. International Transfers

Child information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required by law, KidProsper implements appropriate legal and technical safeguards to protect transferred information.

12. Parental Rights and Data Management

Parents maintain ultimate control over their child’s data. Through the KidProsper Parental Dashboard, you have the right to:

• Review & Correct: Review the information held about your child and correct any inaccuracies.

• Export (Data Portability): Request an export of your child’s complete data portfolio (including assessments, KP Scores, and Blueprints) in standard, machine-readable formats (such as PDF or JSON).

• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for ongoing data processing at any time by deleting the child's profile.

13. Data Deletion (The 30-Day Soft Delete)

If you request the deletion of a child’s profile, KidProsper will initiate a thirty (30) day restoration grace period. During this period, the profile is deactivated but can be restored. Upon the expiration of this 30-day period, all active child data (including assessments and AI chat history) will be permanently and irrevocably deleted from our active systems, excluding specific consent and audit logs required to be retained by law.

14. Global Compliance Frameworks

KidProsper’s architecture is built to align with the strictest global child privacy frameworks:

• United States (COPPA): We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act by ensuring no data is collected directly from children under 13 and requiring parental declarations before any child data is processed.

• European Union & UK (GDPR-K & AADC): We adhere to the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and "privacy by design," ensuring the platform is in the best interests of the child.

• India (DPDP Act, 2023): We comply with obligations regarding the processing of data of individuals under 18 by ensuring parental or guardian consent, and implementing additional verification measures where required by applicable law.

15. Changes to This Policy

KidProsper may update this Children's Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform features. Material changes may require renewed parental consent where required by applicable law.
