Welcome to KidProsper ("KidProsper", "we", "our", or "us"). KidProsper is an AI-powered Child Intelligence Operating System designed exclusively for parents and legal guardians to help them better understand and support their children's developmental journey.

Your privacy, and especially the privacy of children, is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the KidProsper mobile applications, websites, APIs, services, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using KidProsper, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Important Notice About Children

KidProsper is intended exclusively for:

  • Parents

  • Legal guardians

  • Adults aged 18 years or older

Children are not permitted to create accounts or directly use the Services. All child-related information available within KidProsper is provided and managed by a parent or legal guardian, and is processed solely for child development and parenting support purposes. KidProsper does not knowingly collect information directly from children.

2. Who We Are

KidProsper is a parent-directed child development platform that uses observational assessments, developmental frameworks, and artificial intelligence to provide educational insights, activities, habits, and personalized parenting recommendations.

KidProsper is:

  • Not a medical device.

  • Not a psychological testing platform.

  • Not a psychiatric or therapeutic service.

  • Not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Information We Collect

A. Parent Information We may collect your full name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile picture (if provided by Google or Apple), country and language preferences, subscription information, customer support communications, and device/application information.

B. Child Information Parents may provide their child's first name or nickname, date of birth, age, gender, country, developmental assessment responses, activity history, habit history, growth plans, and family meeting participation information.

C. Assessment Information KidProsper collects parent-reported observations regarding developmental tendencies, including but not limited to learning styles, cognitive styles, personality traits, emotional intelligence, social-emotional learning, self-regulation, self-discipline, optimism, resilience, confidence, social skills, and family/peer influences. Assessment results are intended solely to provide educational and developmental guidance.

D. AI Interactions We may collect questions submitted to the KidProsper Coach, AI-generated responses, session identifiers, user feedback, and safety/moderation events.

E. Technical Information We may automatically collect IP addresses, device identifiers, operating system information, application versions, crash logs, diagnostic information, and usage analytics.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

KidProsper does not intentionally collect government identification numbers (including Social Security or Aadhaar numbers), passport information, biometric information, facial recognition data, fingerprints, medical records, clinical diagnoses, or precise GPS location. We request that users do not submit highly sensitive information through the Services.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, generate Growth Blueprints, calculate KP Scores, provide personalized activities and habits, deliver AI-powered parenting guidance, improve platform performance, process subscriptions and payments, respond to support requests, ensure platform safety, comply with legal obligations, and conduct internal analytics. We process child information only for purposes reasonably necessary to provide KidProsper's Services.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process information based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. Where required by law, we obtain explicit parental or guardian consent before processing child-related information.

7. Parent and Guardian Consent

By using KidProsper, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, you have authority to provide the child's information, and you consent to KidProsper processing the child's information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Right to Verify: KidProsper reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or request additional verification of an account if we reasonably believe that an account was created by a person under the age of eighteen (18) or by an individual lacking authority to provide child-related information.

  • Layered Consent: Certain KidProsper features, including developmental assessments, AI-powered recommendations, and future research initiatives, may require separate and explicit consent before use. KidProsper maintains records of applicable consents, including document versions and acceptance timestamps, for compliance and audit purposes.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the child's profile or contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

KidProsper is committed to complying with applicable child privacy laws, including COPPA (United States), GDPR and GDPR-K (European Union), UK GDPR and the Age Appropriate Design Code, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023), CCPA/CPRA (California), and PIPEDA (Canada). KidProsper does not permit child accounts, does not knowingly collect data directly from children, does not sell child information, and does not engage in targeted or behavioral advertising involving children.

9. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

KidProsper uses artificial intelligence to provide educational and parenting-related recommendations based on parent-provided information, assessment responses, and activity history. AI recommendations are informational only, do not constitute medical, psychological, or educational diagnoses, and should not replace professional consultation. Parents remain solely responsible for decisions made regarding their children.

10. Psychometric and Developmental Assessments

KidProsper assessments are observational tools completed by parents. Results indicate developmental tendencies and are not clinical evaluations. KidProsper does not diagnose ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Personality Disorders, or any medical/psychological condition. If you have concerns regarding your child's health or development, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

11. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with cloud hosting providers, payment processors, authentication providers, customer support providers, analytics providers, and legal authorities when required by law. All third-party providers are required to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

12. International Data Transfers

KidProsper may process information in countries other than your country of residence. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in jurisdictions that may have different privacy laws. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

13. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary.

  • Parent Accounts & Child Profiles: Retained until deleted.

  • Assessment Data: Retained until deleted.

  • AI Chats: Retained up to 12 months.

  • Consent & Audit Logs: Retained up to 7 years.

  • Billing Records: Retained up to 7 years.

14. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, secure authentication, access controls, role-based permissions, audit logging, monitoring, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your information, as well as withdraw consent or file a complaint with an applicable authority.

  • Data Portability: Parents may request an export of their child's data portfolio—including profile information, assessment responses, Growth Blueprints, KP Scores, activity history, habit history, and AI conversation history—in commonly used electronic formats, including PDF and JSON, where technically feasible, for personal records or to share with qualified professionals.

16. Data Deletion

You may delete a child profile, delete your account, request data deletion, or withdraw consent at any time.

  • The 30-Day Soft Delete: Upon receipt of a valid deletion request, KidProsper will place the applicable child profile into a thirty (30) day restoration period. Following the expiration of this grace period, the information will be permanently and irrevocably deleted from active systems, except where retention is required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, security purposes, or audit and consent logging requirements.

17. Cookies and Analytics

KidProsper may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, performance, analytics, and preferences. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies.

18. Third-Party Services

KidProsper may integrate with Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, and other infrastructure providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When material changes are made, we may update the Effective Date, notify users through the application, and request renewed consent where required. Continued use of KidProsper after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Parents acknowledge that AI-generated outputs:
